Only clean slates, but you can buy an item from the cash shop which restores your item to clean. I forget what it's called. There's also and item which prevents slots from being used if a scroll fails, also forget what that's called. (It used to be White Scrolls but they were removed, so yeah)
20% ones can be bought in fm for around 250m.
