Surprisingly my caffeine withdrawl symptoms are not bad

I've been drinking a cup and a half of coffee every single morning for the last 4 months.

Just decided to try quitting cold turkey two days ago because it felt like I depended on it to get up in the morning.

Besides the foggy brain for an hour after my scheduled coffee time in the morning, I am feeling completely normal!

fradddd

I used to have an energy drink almost every time I went to work (I work at a grocery store), but now I avoid them because they make one sweat more and I don't need that.

Apparently caffeine doesn't affect me, even after consuming a lot of coffee at night, I can still go to sleep.

The withdrawal is worse with a higher caffeine intake, at least for me. On days I work out the minimum amount of caffeine I drink is 280mg, sometimes up to 400. I try to avoid caffeine on days I don't work out, and the headaches hit me pretty hard for about an hour or two if it has been about a week.

Sometimes I drink coffee or tea before sleep. If anything, the fact that it's a warm beverage helps me go to sleep.
Nowadays I just drink a little tea or water or juice before sleep, since I heard too much caffeine intake isn't so good.

I used to drink coffee everyday for years, like 2-3 cups a day. I had a lot of migraines and I stopped like a year ago, cold turkey, and now I drink maybe once a week at most just because I miss the taste. but not drinking really cut down my headaches and i feel gud overall
