Can you use Clean Slate scrolls to restore a hammer slot lost from a 50% golden hammer? If not is there any way to restore this slot?

Thank you! Do Innocence Scrolls reset the item to its average stats or back to what it was? Like if it was above or below average.
Yes. Another way would be Innocence Scrolls where it brings your equip back to clean stats (all slots restored too) as if no scrolls and/or hammers were used.
