How's this for 4th job build?

Currently taking a break from grinding at 119 and preparing for the last push before 4th job. So I've been thinking about my future build but still not quite sure.

Here's what I've thought of;
120: 1 Thorns ( decent one point wonder skill ), 1 Final Cut and 1 Mirror for the evasion rate
121: 1 CoH for fun, 1 Sudden Raid and 1 Final cut (2)
122: 3 Final cut, 4 extra seconds for the timer ( 5 )
123: Maybe 1 Venom and continue working on Final Cut.

Any thoughts? I don't want to go with Thorns first build, because it seems quite useless now that crits play smaller role for all classes. Of course some raw math would be welcome to make me think otherwise.
Uhm, I suggest maxing Final Cut first. Before Big Bang, thorns was first because of it's critical damage 2xing most of our damage with crits but now, it's been a bit nerfed. It provides crit but the damage isn't so great as before. Final Cut is better if you want to level up faster. Final Cut provides 2x Damage half of the time you're training, thus providing more exp per hour and at max level, it passively increase all the moves you use for training by 25%. So you might as well be critting but you won't see it. Your damage has actually increased.

After that, max thorns for more crit rate and it also helps with training since the monsters will have tons of hp later on. After that, you'll get a general idea of what to max depending on what you're planning to do. Boss or train or both. Upperstab can be used as a bossing skill for now till you get CoH to a decent level. There's many arguments though that CoH > US or US > CoH. I prefer US though.
Thanks for the reply. Yeah, my general idea was to max FC first, but I wanted to get some points into other skills too not to make it so dull and boring I've been bossing quite bit now, mainly Tengu for some super exp and I want to give CoH a shot. Upperstab is strong, I give it that, but it also has some parts about it that I don't like.
When you start spamming it, there's always a short delay between the first US and the second until the real spamming fury starts. At least I do, so maybe that's lag or something. So if and when you get hit, you have to walk back to the monster and then start the spamming again, with the delay. What's even more annoying is that the avoidability formula is messed up now, so I get hit more often that I did before.
Maybe when theory-mapling CoH + FB would be weaker than US, but at least it has some invincibility frames that prevent knockbacks and keep your attacks flowing. I can usually land more FB's than US' on Tengu since FB knocks him back twice per one skill used. So that's kinda useful.
No idea where I'm going with this, except that I will save 1 SP for CoH until it drops

I ended up going somewhat with the build I wrote up, except for Venom. I skipped that out, and now working on FC. I decided for 1 point in Thorns anyway, since when I boss it's with a BM friend and more crit rate is always fun to have. Not quite sure when I'll start getting CoH, but probs not until 130+ despite zakking.
