Major Internet Problem

I have a problem with my internet where it goes to "Limited Connectivity" every 15 mins. Sometimes after I disconnect and connect again, it starts working, but sometimes I've gotta turn off then on the router again. It works fine when it's connected, but then it just disconnects randomly. I have no idea how to fix this, help appreciated.
