It's true, I recently found out too.
It depends on the person. I'm not friends with many openly perverted guys. A lot of girls I know also don't like to seem perverted. Which is understandable, since I also know people who make perverted jokes all the time, which get really annoying after a while. Thankfully most of my friends are not like that. I'm pretty perverted myself, but I don't make jokes 24/7 since it makes you seem immature and annoying. I'd rather be seen as mature than "the person that's funny/perverted," yknow? I used to though, a few years ago. I'd say something perverted after anyone says anything to me, and draw perverted drawings with my friends. Now not as much, but I still do sometimes ( the first part, at least). It still really depends on who I'm with though.

I feel it's the same, all with their subtleties.
My friend is really perverted. She's a virgin and in fact, a lip-virgin as well (shes very attractive, just never got to that before and takes things a bit slow). But she's like super interested in sex... in the intimate details.
Personally I'm pretty perverted too, and I do openly talk about sex and whatnot, but I guess I don't incorporate it in nearly everyday communication as with those of men.

I am offended at that. Not all guys are immature, guys can be sophisticated as well. I have to agree that a majority of guys can be immature, but don't blame all guys out there. And FYI, just because you don't show it doesn't mean you are more sophisticated than those who do show it. >.<
