Battle mages and the Speed Cap
Due to the speed cap does a normal staff reach the same speed as a fast staff when both have booster an yellow aura?
Example:
Is
Evil wings(fast)+yellow aura+booster
the same as
Resistance staff(normal)+yellow aura+booster?
If it is, does that mean you should always use dark aura with a fast staff with booster?
In short: Does yellow aura have any affect on fast staffs?
