How do i get maker skill?

Well, I was wondering how to get the maker skill after the BB (Big Bang). Can you just please explain it to me in words or post me a link please? And i do not know how to get maker skill initially so can you please show me how to get it anyways either by posting a link, or explaining? Thanks so much guys! =D I need this to make my 3rd job advancement as an aran.
