How to pronounce sasuke

I'm like what's with all these ppl named sasuke, it must be some popular Asian name or something. The proper way to say it is sasooki imo. LERN2PRNUNCLETRS. If we all say it exactly like it is spelled, the world would be a much better place. Yeah, I should become a power-hungry politician

Sasuke is the Romanizaton of Japanese unless if it's not Japanese. NEVER relate the Romanizations of a language with the real pronounciation (top examples: Korean, Mandarin pinyin, Taiwan bopomofo)

If sasuke was my name, I'd make everyone pronounce it like 'Sexy'.

Sasuke

Sa-su-ke (broken down into syllables)

Sah-soo-kay (translation, going by romanized Japanese)

Bare in mind, there are many translations for the same name, and just because its been ''dubbed'' and is considered the true translation, it might not be.

Similar names that it ''could'' really be.
Sousuke
Sosuke

@Below

''Make'' them?

My bet is, since you wouldn't have a westernised name, people would be more likely to take the... out of you.
*pokes and calls so-suck-y*

huh? That sounds nothing like it's spelled, you'd be closer if you said 'turtles'.

I don't think you can convince them. They all pronounce it according to the way Naruto says it
