I wish more stereotypical Canadians played Maple.
The contest got me thinking about what would happen if I met one on MS ._. it'd probably go something like:
-channel surfing until I find a map with a Canadian on it-
Me: -starts ksing-
Canadian: Have my map eh. And have some free fame.
AND THE WORLD WOULD BE ALL RAINBOWEY AND FREE MESOEY.

...why do so many people interpret this thread as a hate thread @_@ at least your stereotype sees you as nice, if not a little door-matish.
Why do so many people have hate on us Canadians?
that would be legen, w8 for it...
DARY!
i'm the kind of canadian who feels bad for ksing a party/person out of their map. sucks when i'm in a party with good friends at lhc, and they want to ks some party out...
Yeah..that's kinda awkward..when that happens I pretend to dc :L
Clearly you've never been to Canada.Being nice and being a door mat are two seperate things.
:L that's why we have stereotypes to make fun of different races without actually being offensive unless the other person takes it the wrong way. Look on the bright side..at least Canadians are stereotyped as nicer than the norm. Americans are, supposedly, fat, sloppy and overly patriotic. Not that all of them are bad things, but you get what I mean.
@iBeA: What can I say..canadian
Clearly you've never been to Canada.Being nice and being a door mat are two seperate things.
As am I buuuut are we stereo typical?
you really are nice, you always give people BUUFS , MOAR BUUUFS, and EVEN MOAR!
@infinitiate: Yes, I am also canadian but people think we say eh after every sentence. I mean its another word for "huh" like your example. I've seen too much stereotypes about canadians and people need to get their facts straight.
Why are some people angry at this ._. being nice isn't something to get angry about...and even if you are offended it IS just a stereotype...that's why I said STEREOTYPICAL..
@infinitiate: okthanksbyeignore.
OT: just kidding.
i'm canadian, and i don't get it.
Canadians are often seen as the "nicer & more polite" relative of the American.
In fact, when travelling, people will sometimes tell you to place Canadian tags somewhere on your clothing/luggage so that people will treat you better.
It's not just Americans who think this way, btw. Much of the world does (for those of you scrutinizing this post -- you should know that much and most do not mean the same thing).
i'm canadian, and i don't get it.
I'm canadian. and i occasionally fame random ppl? O.o
Which canadian says eh? NOBODY. People like you just need to sttfu sometimes.
I say eh. I use it where others would use "huh" instead. For example, "So... You're dating Stacy now eh?" Claiming that all Canadians are a certain way is just as stupid as saying all Canadians are NOT a certain way.
The more you know.
PS. I am a friendly Canadian, but I am not a friendly Mapler (for the most part).
...Its weird because I actually done this. Gave my map to someone because I was done trainning or got lazy, and I gave them a fame. I am also Canadian .
Which canadian says eh? NOBODY. People like you just need to sttfu sometimes.
I'm Canadian, and I do the map thing lol. But not the fame thing, because I've usually already famed someone.
im Canadian, eh.
@DLiu456: lol man *sigh* this world makes me so sad
What is that like, telling other people to get maccas for them everyday breakfast/lunch/dinner?
Well if we were talking about stereotypes countries had for other countries it would be safe to assume that if Americans were more like their stereotypes they would be too fat to lift a finger. I wouldn't mind this myself as that would get rid of a lot of competition.
I don't know what I am anymore. I grew up in Canada, have a Canadian citizenship, but my Dad got a job in the States so we moved. Now I feel oh so out of place.
#QueSandy'sIWannaGoHo~omeSong
I was born in Canada but sadly i lost my "Canadianess" when i moved to America as i stopped saying "eh" at the end of my sentences and i also pronounce "about" properly now
I'm Australian.....I scare KSers off with dropbears <3
its sad but I share my map all the time and when newbies ask for money I give it to them (even though im poor)
I'm Canadian, if you started KSing me, I would flat out leave without saying much because I'd assume you were a jerk for stealing my channel.
im canadian and i never say "eh" we're normal people

Lol stereotypical Canadians don't exist as much as people say they do, you're only saying this because this is what you believe from other countries and people. I would assume you're American, because usually Americans are the ones who try to make fun of Canadians and create stereotypes about us. This is coming from a Canadian, most Canadians do not say "Eh".
@Kunoichi: I'd be surprised if some white people here in the United States knew much. They kick out South Americans that are "illegal" but in the past, they moved into Texas which was originally the Mexicans' land and they also kicked out the Natives in America. Yet, they're telling everyone else to move back and leavce. "GO BACK TO ASIA/RUSSIA/MEXICO." However, their families moved to America from Europe. Tsk, tsk.
@DLiu456: I know that but Canadians are called Canadians and Americans are called Americans... I do understand that we live in the same continent "America". But you are a smart one... sadly some Americans didn't even know that we border each other -_-
Do you want some Canadian Food?
I wish there was a class with an Eagle for a mount that shot hamburgers at people.
I want to show my American pride mang.
Americans are too fat to ks Canadians...
Wanna know something? Canada is in America. I think you mean the citizens of the United States (which I just so happen to be one) are too fat to ks Canadians. I agree. There are too many obese children here.
I am Canadian and I assure you Canadians are not like that.
Eh Im Canadian lol i usually eat bacon while ksing and troIIing other players by speaking French lol
Oh gosh..... I actually do cc, but I never thought it would count as stereotypical 0.0..... (and yes, I'm canadian)
Canadians aren't boring! We have many beautiful nature sights such as the Rocky Mountains, Niagara Falls... "cough cough", the prairies, and many more! (we're nature lovers~)
i don't like maple syrup
