are empress capes worth it?
i have 1.1bil to spend on an empress cape (that i have a hard time to find for that price) but thats what i have.
i dont know if to keep searching or just use the money to get some other items. i mean, i think that the cape is only good for the set effect (30att/30% boss dmg)
and with 1bil i can get more then 30att and boss dmg isnt really neccessery to me now that im 140 cuz im not really "bossing" for items and stuff...
should i use my mesos on some diff items or try to get the cape anyways?
how much att on accessorys can i get with 1bil? how much %str on accessorys? (i dont wana replace my other 5 pieces of empress so i need accessorys mostly)

theres no point getting empress items if you dont intent to complete the set. Its the same for every class tho, either the cape is 1b or the wep is 1bil.
Get the equipments that will get you the most damage output. If you don't boss you don't need bossdmg, as you said.

Party play mobs are not counted as boss monsters.

If you feel like there is rarely anything for that price and feel you can better yourself with the 1.1 else where than do it. For the boss and att you can just wait it out till empress shoulders comes out and try to tackle that later or buy it later.
