Calling someone a "bandwagoner" should be suspendable

I think that calling someone a "bandwagoner" is getting out of hand here on Basilmarket and all, what with the recent major class changes + new classes, a lot of trolls are throwing accusations at other people, calling them "bandwagoners" because they want to make a new character with the new jobs.

First of all, it's impossible not to be a bandwagoner (or be a bandwagoner) because they are NEW CLASSES. If they're new then you can't bandwagon them.

Second, calling someone a bandwagoner usually leads up to a flame war or someone getting hurt, I can tell from experience and what I see while lurking around on the forums. It would just be best to end the problem right then and there by suspending (or maybe just censoring the word) those people.

I made this thread because I just wanted to see people's opinions of this before I send in a report of the exact copy of this topic.

New classes = Battle Mage, Wild Hunter, Mechanic. You can't bandwagon something that came out at the same time for everyone.
Old classes got buffed up. If you played before BB and created an old class after BB, you are a bandwagoner.

Life lessons on the Internet. One day, they'll mature up and won't care about being called a bandwagoner. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion, why censor it ?
I do agree that a post with only the word bandwagoner is flamebaiting, but suspending them or not would depend on the mod's decision.

We DO NOT need to censor the word.
so...what... you gonna make a petition about it?

look, the term bandwagoner is just about as common as "noob" right now and you don't see anyone getting all offended when people tell you that you're a noob do you? just walk it off if you're "butt hurt" it'll be over soon enough.

suck it up and be a man
I'm surprised you managed to keep those 4 suspension free medals for so long if this is the kind of posting you do all the time. I'm not going to make a petition because hopefully I don't have to, if the report system works out.

Also, if everybody was able to "walk off" every derogatory, immature word thrown at them, this world would be a better place. Unfortunately, that's not the case, which is why there are so many flame wars and people getting hurt on this forum.

I don't think you can fault me for trying to raise awareness or trying to get an opinion - either way, the term "noob" is completely different from "bandwagon." You can't compare them.

And last but not least, if every man were to "suck it up" as you so sharply put it, we wouldn't be having this problem that I'm trying to fix in the first place would we? No, we wouldn't, because people are bound to get hurt if something isn't done about this recent trend, not the first of many.

Edit: @Belloman: All the words Basil has censored are censored for a good reason. Bandwagoning should be suspendable or censored because it falls under the same category as all those other words. Just think - what kind of a forum would this be if thread titles and posts were completely uncensored?

Well they call them bandwagoners cause people make the class for the damage not for the class itself.
