I got nexon'd
I'll make it short, kinda
CB got false auto-banned 3/30/10. Sent a ticket.
A GM responded on 8/4/10. didn't know untill today because I thought I couldn't log on it.
the ticket said it will be unbanned in the next 24 hours.
I try logging in using the game launcher, says it is banned untill 8/4/2037
I try logging in on the website. doesn't work.
I do a virus scan, and it finds a virus(backdoor something)
I try logging in again, doesn't work
I do another virus scan, finds the same virus again.

Nexon just closed a ticket that I opened four months ago... No response, just "Closed by GM"
just wait until 2037

I did that actually. it said that the ticket needs to be sent from the account that needs help with.
