It Generally Goes
120 ~ 160 = Moon Bunnies Then,
160 ~ 170 = RoO4. Then At 170 ~ 190
= HoH And Then At 190 You,
Can Do Twilight,
Perion Golems Up To 200

You Can Give
Or Take A Few
Levels For Each Spot

There's Other Alternatives Training Spots Too If You Could Just Look Around And Not Be Lazy

I think the main route people go are:
120-140 RJPQ(not sure if it's still good exp at those lvls)
140-165 DIPQ/MP3
165-190 armory 2
190-200 WG

+2 @helpingly: Yeah, it is. It's a fairly flat map, and the spawn is enormous. If you're playing a character that has good mobbing abilities, it is very, very good.

There are other alternative options like Skelegons and ToT maps from 140 - 160, but those maps are much bigger by all standards of length and width, therefore the monsters are more spread out which involves you to do a lot more moving around. Each monster individually will give more EXP than one Moon Bunny itself, but they also have more HP than Moon Bunnies. Also, depending on how much moving you have to do, that's a lot of time spent not training and getting EXP. In the Moon Bunnies map, that isn't the case.

But there are factors like the class you're playing, burning fields, damage, etc. that will affect your training in those maps. I'll let you be the judge of which are better.

It's also for the reasons that will serve as a response to @hicreation: R&J PQ and DIPQ have been heavily nerfed as of the past couple of months, so those options are much slower for training. MP3 is more for meso farming rather than training for EXP, and even then there are other alternatives for that too. There are better options for those respective levels.

@devishadow: Road to Oblivion 4

Forgot to talk about Poison Jiangshi - that's also a good alternative around 140 - 160. But then again I'm just lazy to bring more of this stuff up. Like OP.
