Shoulder Decorations problem
I would like to know what mob drop's the highest level ones ( 6atk +10 stats) specially the luky one.I got the 37 gallant but basil is outdated so any help would be nice
Btw whats it's pc in windia?

Pictures of the Tempest shop shows that we'll get shoulder decorations with potential. All others will be kinda useless to the richer players.

oh, @saltyblocks u think i should just craft 2nd best one since its easier to find?
