What would you do gain 10k nx or get unbanned?

Ok so my account was banned for a refund of 25k nx, so i sent an email saying that I have another 25k nx card to pay it off, its been a day and they havent responded. Meanwhile I made a new account and got my aran to level 40 the same level as the one on the other account. So the question is should i wait to get my account unbanned which has 15k maple points, or cash in the 25k card I have on my new account, and gain 10k nx? What would you do?
