Nx charging issues
I'm not quite positive if this is the case for everyone, but it seems that several people had some issues with charging NX. Adding the credit to your account will not work. Mind you, taking the money off of your bank account does. Just a little heads up. Perhaps it's just the case with a few people, including myself. Anyone else able to confirm this?

@MisplacedKitty: I thought they took my money too. And I didn't get NX, but the charge did go away. It ended up being a problem with the card info.
@OJChinchilla: But I never received any nx .. There was no temporary charge I do hope Nexon didn't just stole $25

I think your account got temporarily charged. I was using a walmart gift card I got from a relative for Christmas. The balance went from $50 to $45 (Only charged $5 of NX) But I got back the $5 like 3 weeks later. It's basically a temporary charge I THINK.

You have me lost So what exactly happened to the 25k nx?
I had this happen when using gift card, and it did the same thing. Except, it didn't go to a genuine charge, it went into a holding charge type thing. The balance showed $45.00 (I charged $5, original balance was $50) And the website told me that at the end of each month, the "holding/pending" charge section is cleared. I think what happens is if you have a charge fault, it still charges but it goes into that section and you get re-credited your money.

I'm having problems too. I added the nexon card codes in. And it says 'Thank you for the blah blah' .. Checked in game , and never received any NX..
