stuck in happyville!

my friend talked to the fairy that lets you into happyville and then he said he got a black screen and then dc'd
when he tried to relog he gets that black screen and dc'd again
how can he get out? @_@
anyone else get this prob?
while i played iv stayed away from happy ville cause i usually just merched and already have the ice throne
