I actually don't have any great suggestions if you're in nido ;(. It would be especially hard to get that amount of str in equips in a new sever; it's even hard to do that while still achieving decent potential equips in an old server. But some obvious suggestions are...
Zhelm (czhelm eventually)
str on your top/bottom or overall
Str on your cape and possibly your belt and/or face accessories
Str on your shoes(not exactly how realistic this suggestion is regarding thief shoes)

Absolutely do not sacrifice attack gloves for gloves with str on them though. It would probably be alright to have a base str of around 20 too, for str still does have a positive effect on the attack range.

The only reason that shadowers have STR as a third stat is because of the option to wear high base attack shields. 16 attack on a clean Dkhanjar (avg level 120 shield for thieves) easily out weighs 71 points of STR (you also have to understand that STR DOES effect your attack range in a positive way, just not as much as LUK), and that's assuming you have NO equips that contribute to STR which would help keep your base STR down and your base LUK up.[/quote]
