Wrong Auto ban, Nexon with their horrible custumer service

well, after I logged my third ticket, that's what nexon aswered.

Details: Dear nexon, I beg you, please read everything! It's my last hope for justice.
I come to plead for the ban removal that happened at wednesday since I was NOT using any kind of illegal program. All I was doing was train at Hall of Honor Channel 1, when I was surprised with the message saying I was going to be disconected from the game for "HACK REASON". Since it happens often, I didn't even bother, however, when I tryied to log in back, my account was suspended for 1(one) month, which caused me a lot of displease, since I was doing nothing wrong but to train with my beloved friends.
The wrong bans have been happening and it's now a known issue. To corroborate, GM Hime posted, at the OFFICIAL FORUM:
"As you may have noticed with the recent forum topics, there have been higher number of players being suspended from the game. Please know that we will be reviewing all the evidence for these bans to ensure it is properly documented and the bans given to players are valid. For players who may have been incorrectly banned, each case is reviewed on a case by case basis."

I'm begging you, nexon, for a proper trial as I've been one of your oldest custumer (my account dates back from 2005) and I did not take part in any activity that goes against the Term and Conditions.
I trust your veredict and I hope for justice because if the ban is kept, I won't be able to enjoy the awesome events that you guys have thrown as well I'll be suffering for an error that wasn't caused by me.
Sorry for my bad english (since it's my 3rd language) and I hope everything can be solved peacefully, with no more headaches for any of the parts.

I just want our strong community to unite, if u suffered(or is suffering right now) the same issue, we should unite and stop buying NX from nexon (i know it 's hard, even more for people like me that bought NX monthly, however, we must as well show that we are not happy with what they are doing and the WAY they are doing. That company treat the custumers like we were servents from their dictatorship.
We should not bowdown pacifically when they are punishing people for free, whereas people that deserve to be punished run wild.

@imshocute: I'm sorry but when bigbang happened, a lot of people with IGNs that were a LOT more explicit than mine simply had their IGN's changed, without any penalty. Also, If the ban was because of my ign, I believe it'd have been a 7 day ban (same as swearing) rather than a month (Auto ban for "hacking"

your ign would be reason enough for the ban.

@HateSpirit: Thanks for your suport, it's enough for me. I Just want to warn people and I really wish people that are having a seemed issue could unite to make a petition or something organized, in order to retrive everyone's accounts that's been unfairly banned.

Only difference is that when a person would appeal it would be judged by a different person than the one that gave the first veredict.
Nexon ticketing system gives us a monocratic judge, and your appeal has not the force of an appeal it self but a mere regressive effect. Which is like asking a king to change his mind about something.
@HateSpirit: Eventhough, 1 month ban is for hackign reasons. And as I stated before, if it was because of my ign, they'd simply change it (I hope for ThickSkull or ThickButthole). Also, I think the penality should be the same as swearing(7days) if it was for my ign.

@IIxCrusader Your ban message (blue box) is inaccurate. Sometimes it just makes no sense. My friend got 'billing', and a bunch of mule accounts made by people recently got '3rd party/illegal programs', which were obviously not related at all.
This reminds me of the US justice system. People are wrongly accused and courts take months to make a decision for a case.

Doesn't make sense, since my friend got autobanned too, and his ign isn't the slightest inappropriate. Thank you very much for your support. However, the ban message is very clear, it says I was banned for using illegal or third party programs. Also, when nexon made the change on how to censore "these"words, they changed all the inapropriate igns without giving any penality (for exemple kamasutra became kamisutra). It just doesn't make sense. Nexon is doing their job wrong, and they hired/trained someone to be a punisher, rather than a fair GM (that has to act as the "State" in game
. However, as I see, GM Skelorm is just a dictator with the Micro power syndrome (basically someone who has a small and insignificant power wants to use it to feel better about him/her/itself).
@Snowed: Read what I wrote above, it has nothing to do with my ign as the ban notice stated very clear that the ban was due to the use of "illegal programs or third party programs"

I'm sorry to hear about your perm ban. But It's not because there are people in worse conditions that the ones that are being punished wrongly need to calm down. Instead, people that are suffering worse, should unite against the dictators in order to achieve something. It's not because someone got a week suspension for doing nothing that that person won't going to suffer. Everyone who's punished for nothing, will feel the weight of the unfair toruture. I wish we could make a petition to fire Skelorm.

@taotapp: Sadly, there are no other MMORPG that I like as much as MS, so I might come back. But I wont buy NX ever again. I would purchase around 30~100$ /monthly. I guess more money for beer
I've been playing a pizza slice, 8x exp and have all jobs up to AB, if it keep going well, I might donate for it instead of buying NX from nexsucks.
treat hackers as if they were a super transferable disease. Don't be in the same map as they are. There are too many things that you could do that would earn you a ban without you knowing it. Examples would be looting a hackers loot, hitting a monster that a hacker hit, leeching from a hacker,etc. I've done what i suggested and i haven't been "unfairly banned."
See, this is why people hate Skelorm.
TS typed out WHAT he was doing, WHERE he was doing it, and he explicitly mentioned the nature of his problem. He even provided a link FROM NEXON stating that autobans were an issue, in addition to a damn essay pleading that they just LOOK INTO IT -- and Skelorm shoots back a single line telling him to shut up and deal.
I'd be surprised if you even came back after the ban, dude.
