The workaround is literally making a new character, then getting the stars on them. I recommend Mercedes (No bias).
They level to 20 quickly, Elven Healing means no pot usage, and Updraft + Glide Blast means they're definitely one of the most efficient at box breaking.

The glitch was known b4, but im thanking by those who didnt know about it. And another thing: it seems that i canter get the box anymore (only my drk cant get it) Does anyone else suffer from this? And do u think nexon shall fix it?
