I've been scouring the Bera FM for Blast 30 for over 3 weeks now, and I havent seen a single book. Whats up with that?

Yea I have 4 Radiant Blast 30s, and failed the single 20 I found
I haven't seen many Radiant Blast 20/30s either
there was a guy in windia like a month ago that smegad for it and finally passed his 13th book
I would seriously pay 100M if someone gave me a blast 30 book and it passed >_>
