Perfect Innocence Scroll
I know that the scroll removes all the stats of an item to pre-scrolled state, and leaves the potential, but if I hammer an item twice, would the scroll remove the hammers as well?

Does it remove Nebulites as well as "Crafted By: ___" ?
Yes. It reverses hammers.
