How should I allocate my STR/DEX? I'm a returning player, so I have no clue with the recent updates.
Currently, my STR is sitting at 109 (76 + 33). Is this bad? If so, how bad?

It is bad, but not a major issue. Just get a free AP reset from some Hot time event or from an event shop like Tempest. The thing is that the AP resets in the Tempest shop are ridiculously overpriced, so you should wait for another event.
@PremiumNoir: I dunno, 1.5 months isn't that long..
OT: Yeah, get an AP reset asap, and you don't have to worry about AP distribution every again. Just click auto-assign and it'll put everything in the primary s.
