Should I buy 248 m.att elemental staff for 3.5b? One enhanced
He wants me to trade my 18%str earring + power elixir chair as collateral for 2b + the extra meso for his ele staff. SHould I do it?

Well it's a perfect ele staff, and I've seen clean ele staffs 5-8 go for 1b so I think it's a good idea.
