Sharp Eyes Help

Before Big Bang, maxing sharp eyes wasn't the best way to increase your damage so I left it at 19, but I'm not sure if it's still the same. Is it better to max sharp eyes now and marksman boost later or is it better to increase marksman boost?

From JoeTang of SP:
Zakum has 40 PDR. With maxed Marksmanship, he has 32 PDR.
Thus, maxing Marksmanship increases your damage by 1.13x, not the 1.07x I had stated earlier. Thus, comparing level 20 Hurricane to level 30 Hurricane or 0 Marksmanship vs 10 Marksmanship, Marksmanship is slightly favoured, but still heavily unfavoured for monsters with anywhere less than 35PDR.

Level 20 Sharp Eyes adds 15% Rate, and 20% maximum Critical; with no other sources of Critical Rate other than Critical Shot, this gives an Archer a 60% chance to critical between 1.2x and 1.7x damage; averages out to 1.27x critical.
With maxed Expertise, this is a 1.315x critical.
Level 30 Sharp Eyes adds 20% Rate, and 30% maximum Critical; with no other sources of Critical Rate other than Critical Shot, this gives an Archer a 65% chance to critical between 1.2x and 1.8x damage; averages out to 1.325x critical.
With maxed Expertise, this is a 1.37375x critical.
The net increase in damage is only 1.04x (1.045x with maxed Expertise), which is why Sharp Eyes is not has highly prioritsed compared to Expertise unless you have an obscene amount of weapon attack. (200+ before potential%)
I believe this should answer your questions.
Yes I am aware. My point is that it still does improve damage but this is a party skill. The only reason people even take a BM into zak, scar, targ, etc...
Let's say it this way

all bosses are jokes, with exception to cht and pb maybe, the buff itself is a joke anyways as it doesn't even help nls a lot now, the max it helps a nl is about 20% which pre-bb it increased their total dmg by about 50%+

When i make bossing parties i don't see my friends as just buffs. More people = more damage = faster run regardless of whether they have party buffs or not. I couldn't care less if the BM/MM had low lv SE if his personal damage is higher because of it. My damage goes up even if SE is lv9-. The same is true when people take me for boss runs...
nah if your gonna always play by yourself and you have some extra %crit gear then you dont need SE. If you plan on being any use in a party you max SE still, crit % is a damage boost. More crits = more damage
Crits are multiplicative now and are therefore much less significant on an archers DPS. All of your other damage increasing skills does more for your raw damage than SE.

Alright, so I'll just leave SE at lvl 19. I got it to 19 only cuz of the timer, otherwise it would be at lvl 9.
