SE Gloves o.o
Okay so i was thinking, how come Revser gloves are the only glove u can get SE from? Isnt revser Equips part of the 3rd tier?
Shouldnt all glove 71+ have a chance to get SE?

You can only get SE 120+ if you could get it below lvl 120 it would be kinda stupid .
I don't think it really matters.
SE is one of the most important skills out of the 4 next to Hyper Body.
Of course Nexon would make getting SE harder, getting a rev and being that it has no resell value after you get it makes it an award to have.
And it's not just reverse... You can use Timeless also (Which of course are harder to get since each world only has maybe 1 PB squad and getting the mask needed to run takes a long time). Plus Nexon will release higher lv'd gear in the future which will be able to be traded and will also have SE on them..
Only level 120+ and the only level 120+ gloves out there are reverse.
Decent Skills are seperate from the item tiers.
Same reason Decent Haste, HB, and Door can be on lvl 70 items even though the tier is 71+
