best way to add attack to armour
So recently i bought a 3L unique vss with crap potential and used some free cubes (9 to be exact) and got lucky and turned them into 24% luk. A friend then told me it'd be cool to add weapon attack to them so i thougth, why not.
If I were to use the 15% amour attack scrolls with a lucky day (25%) and add 1 weapon attack, then use chaos scrolls of goodness, would it increase the weapon attack? or for some reason would it only increase the weapon def etc.

Try to get at least 1 attack to it and you can use the incredible chaos scroll of goodness from the tempest shop for 45 coins. it's 40% pass and 100% destroy upon failure so you would need a protection scroll.
But to answer your question, yes Chaos scrolls can increase any existing stat.
