Ok I agree since you elaborated a bit so it made sense.
The DF system is flawed at the moment but it all gets fixed anyway. You'll be able to spam cry/impact with revamp with no probs if you have all the hypers that cut DF usage in half.

Lash is weak for a mobbing move i never understood why it only ever gets 10% more dmg each revamp when it needs so much more.

DS have a vast variety of skills to use in 4th job,not to mention their high defense and resist to statuses. I for one didn't find me ds interesting but fun is subjective, so yeah.
About 50%str and a 141atk crushed skull got me a 25k range with dark meta 10 at level 121, so hitting a 50k range shouldn't be that hard.

It's pretty boring in the beginning, but fourth job is really fun.

(states CD for meta is 90 sec) im pretty sure meta lasts more than the CD that's given, which pretty much allows you guys to ignore DR 100% of the time.

@Dahuntaa Im glad I was able to inspire you . I've had a lot of fun on my DS, if DA doesn't go well ill be going back to it. In the mean time i've been collecting % hp, and I almost have 100% hp saved up.

i got inspired by @ajwright92 and never looked back trying to make my first 200 on this now, dmg is decent on DS but we are kinda slow but this class is too fun.

range wise we are decent im standing at 108k range buffed lvl 162 so we are good

I agree with some from above. They are kinda slow, they need a speed increase. But overall their atks are pretty decent.

its 10% of duration only... and cd on dark meta is 180 seconds not 90, i believe.

They are the biggest jerks out there. Training my Crusader to a Hero in Aliens corridor 2 (note, corridor TWO) and a ds walks in, assuming he's going to 5 or 6, then walks up to the middle of the area, and Demon Cries.

I'm like, seriously? I followed him to his map, then switched into my Phantom and screw his case with Hyperskills, Dragon Roar, Poison Mist etc. He never bothered my Hero again.

DA uses HP as a main stat so equips with MAX HP % are the best, str is only secondary,
but overall DS is a fun class,

LOL @ this. Totally forgot about Moneysoft Yeah, msea is hell to raise damage. GMS is far better. Free cash stuffs. My 145 Cass WH WAB hits 20k at scar. Bloody cash events >.<

I have like 70% Str, 210 ish weapon attacked and have a 51000-56000 Range buffed. I can hit around 250k with impact on mobs and 300k on bosses. the only % boss i have is the link skill and the demon impact passive boost. I really enjoy my Ds i could never get a character past 140 because new classes kept coming out and i wanted to try them. But i mained my ds and now im 194 and am very happy, i couldnt name a down side if i tried. Goodluck with yours i hope you end up trying one

Their fun as of now, but after their revamp Demon Lash is rarely used. And I quit mine for that reason.

One more thing, how about their survivability? Do they get seduced alot? Can they survive/dodge 1/1?
Can they reach 9999 avoid?(Yes, I'm silly cause I main a DB)
Do they have an evade system (like misses when your hit)? Cause I've seen some DS "block" a few attacks, don't recall the skill.

I presonally love ds. Although I go boss quite frequently and is only 40k range buffed since Im too lazy to cube and only ahve about 6b worth of mesos atm But overall I cant wait for hypers, blue blood and demon sword ftw ;D ;D ;D I have only about 20% str but that can easily be surpassed. For nx dressing i went for orchirds black wing uniform set but then i gave up since it looked bad. So Ive got myself a set of mint snow, lux cape and blue dragon gloves and boots and it looks aight ;p but black is definitely better but it doesnt really matter since the demon wings will be removed when we wear large capes in a future patch which already happened to kms ;p

@ShadowSkillz: Meta has a 90 sec cool down, but yeah you pretty much nailed it, you can rebuff it as soon as the cd wears off.

@ajwright92: Btw, the hyper skill buff for Meta, "For first 20% duration of Meta, all your attacks will ignore DR". So you'll have 36 sec to ignore DR, after the 36 sec, can you rebuff Meta to get the 20% duration effect again or does Meta have a cd?

@ShadowSkillz: DS mobs better than DA without a doubt. But DA, attacks faster, I like the concept to the Exceed speed system better than DF personally.
Yes they are quite hard to find but some equips come with 10% hp such as rex earrings and chtps/czaks. Not to mention one of the emp set effects are 15% hp.
The only thing I find tough to find are the 1 and 2% hp nebulites.
%str increases the range yes but, I mean it isnt anything special since its only a secondary stat.

they're not good I mained one myself hit 50k range was getting ksed by 20k range dual blades. The class is weak at mobbing and bossing due to the demon fury system. Until demonslayer gets a serious revamp do not main this class

@ajwright92 : Aren't %hp equips hard to get? or does % str increases DA's range too? The only good thing about DA is their 8 sec cd hyper skill IMO, I don't know anyhting about thier bossing/mobbing...

slayers are a very nice class, i still have mine from legends, and i have to say
theyre shiit tons flashy, and thats what i like
pretty strong as a class as well, so no problems there
even after getting nerfed to the ground (maybe not as much as phantoms) i reckon its a decent class

imo the jump system is a little clunky

@ShadowSkillz: Yeah alot of people sugar coat how much fun they really have on some of these chars so long as it has great DPM.
Its apart of your hyper skills that should have been here by now( the ignore dr you get that at level 189) . Oh and Ty I retired this DS though im currently preparing for DA , when ever thats out but this is my 2nd main.
From what I can see from youtube videos Cashop capes can cancel out the wings if you get annoyed of them.

i have 130% str and +300 w.att (total) and im at 124k range buffed.... 50k range doesnt require a lot of funding after all we have meta
about the clothes u shouldnt mind ur wings believe me with the time ull just ignore their existence.
Ds for now its just ctrl smash and very slow dpm wise but that changes after the revamp
imo even without the revamp ds its a very complete job

They are actually more awesome than people make them out to be.
May not be the fastest class out there but we definitely have the fun factor in all aspects, Whether its flying/Being able to protect our maps/Solo bosses if needed.
My opinion still stands the fact if we weren't nerfed people would still main them more consistently.
The only con I see is the fact we can't ignore DR yet, but that will all change soon.

Never listen to what people say about us fun wise too, while they are probably playing something with more dpm.
Remember they may hit faster, but I bet they are bored doing so also.
Nothing is too easy or too tough for a DS which makes it ideal to play, if you give it a chance.

4th Job is really fun. 50k isn't that hard to reach, Dark Metamorphosis helps a lot. However, 100k is a little bit more challenging for the not so funded. I have 30-ish% STR, 200+ total WAtk, I got mine to 64k top range. Not sure about NX wise, I don't wear cash equips.

Mine is only level 111, but fourth job was quite fun

DS's are by far the most agile Warrior class in the game, even though they are not the strongest. They also have great status resistance, and 4th job a lot of their skills have passive parts, like ignore def and reduction of damage

Our attack speed is really slow in my opinion, but we do hit decently hard so its all good. Overall if you dont mind being a tad slow and more of a DPS class rather than a DPM class you'll be fine. Cry + Darkness + Impact = <33

50k is decently easy, 100k is a little more challenging for the not so funded.

My current range is bot 65k i believe (not on ms right now) I have 235 - 240? WAttack. (I blew up my original axe ..). My % STR is about 50% (My overall refuses to give me 15%+ str .. only dex/luk/int gets 15%+ ... and my cape is also being difficult on me. Havent cubed my helm, gloves, and shoes)

NX wise its not that challenging imo. Not really sure how i can explain since i have multiple perm nx clothes i use.

Overall i believe its a fun class to play. My DS will be my first level 200 (yeah im noob)
