self scrolling cheaper or buying pre scrolled?
im deciding right now to whether to save up and buy a perfect scrolled partisian, or buy a clean partisian and self perfect scroll it, which one would be cheaper? i have about 1.3b right now if that helps.

Buying things pre scrolled is always better than scrolling yourself.

40 cubes and couting, my polearm's still epic. 10 supers, 20 normals, 10 enlightened ......
I say buy it since GM scroll service is sorta hard to fin d and if you keep failing with 50%'s you'll end up using a lot more money

1.3b wont get you a gm scrolled partisan
Hell, you can get a GM'd partisan 3L epic in Bera for 1.6.
if you can get 2b you could get a gm'd u/h empress poleaarm.
