If you believe there's proof that we're getting PVP taken out then, by that logic, there's really no proof we're getting Phantom either.

I will admit there were situations where it was true (such as GMS LHC mobs not being reverted to regular mobs) but it's still pretty silly to pick parts of the patch and say that something you don't like "probably won't happen" while simultaneously saying that something you do like is a sure thing.

OT: I have no idea what will happen to low level equips with decent nebs (such as SE on WGs or HB on those low leveled common pants). Maybe people will buy them and do what KMS players do and switch the gloves out to buff. It's also a tough call for the high leveled potential ones, since people would probably re-cube for % stats (since the equip is unique, and people won't be focusing on the decent aspect unless they don't care about the %). Decent Skill nebulites however will surely inflate in price due to being able to be placed on pre-cubed and pre-scrolled equips.[/quote]

In the case of LHC, content was being [i]removed[/i]. That is, the party-play zone situated in LHC. In the case of PvP, battle mode was removed.

In the case of Phantom, permanent content was added.

Since removing something may upset the player-base, you could opt to not remove it. There is little reason to remove PvP while Phantom will rack in more monies.

Rather have an un-dispellable decent skill than the real skill IMO.

you will still want to steal more important skills from other class
then use decent skills
for example haste

What you don't understand is Talent of the Phantom Thief IV has a mastery level of 30 aka 4th job stolen skills are at max level.

No no, decents wont be useless because of phantom.

i have a little question about phantom, if a phantom steals HS from a bishop, is it max level? and is it also a party buff?

when i use my phantom i would rather have those skills too ...

what people dont realize, phantoms steal up to lvl 20 in the skill they steal, the MASS majority of decent buffs max out at lvl 20 except for 4th job skills and phantoms only get 2 slots, so they'd resign to lvl 20 rapid fire and lvl 20 se.

If anything, Decent Skill price will increase since you'll actually have to keep the item to be able to use it (PvP goes away so glitching in the current form will as well).

pvp is becoming removed.

Decent skill rental will be useless once Justice patch comes out; They're removing PvP for revamp.

You act like every single person in Maple will become a Phantom?
There will be other classes who will still need the skills.

Not necessarily, but not untrue either.

You can have a full version of the skill which is twice as good or you could use the half as powerful skill + another very good buff. Imo, decent skills will still be helpful regardless.
