Need help with my gear

So right now I basically have 4 months to merch before this term ends and I can play properly again. I'd like to know what sort of gear I should be aiming towards obtaining after merching like crazy.

Right now I have:
7 ATT 3L Unique 6% STR Empress Helm (4 slots left U/H)
3 ATT 3L Rare 3% STR Mystic Face Accessory
1 ATT Unpotted Mystic Eye Accessory
2 ATT Clean 6% STR Tempest Ring
Evo Ring II Level 17 and Evo Ring III Level 10
Legendary Ring (4 ALL 3 ATT)
3L Unique 12% STR Blue Neos Top
3L Unique 15% STR Green Neos Pants
3% STR Purple Giles Cape
16 ATT 6% STR 6% DEX Lita's Hero Gloves
15% STR HTP
Gallant Battle Manual Practice (the 5 ATT one)
My shoes aren't really worth mentioning
+30 ALL 5 ATT 2L Epic (useless potential) Elite Helsium Warrior Belt
6% STR Half Earrings
7 ATT 3% STR Green Hoflon (0 slots U/H)
141 ATT 3L Epic Maple Pyrope Sword (useless potential, hammered twice, two enhances)

So at the present moment I have about 75% STR. Most of my gear will have to be replaced and I'm not sure what I should be replacing them with .__.
Fortunately I've passed every book except for MW30 which will come later (hopefully I miraculously get one from an MMB). Currently I have 38k top range self buffed without Echo and I'd like to at least triple this at the very least @_@
Right now I have ~1.2b to merch with which will hopefully get to at least 15b or more by the time May rolls around. How do I get my range to my goal of ~120k minimum?
