what should i do i think nexon ignoring me

Yesterday my friend spent alot nx on chair gachapon and got a perm pink bean pollion pot chair and gave to me. Then when i log back on it got sold in my bear store for 2.1 bil i got so pissed. What i shock it the person who went to my acc didnt really take anything but sold it for 2.1 billion when i get back on . I wrote this letter yesterday and no answer. are they ignoring me. i keep telling them i spent real life money too
