Basically what the title says. This never happened until I just downloaded the recent update. Anybody have any solutions to this problem?

This happens when i play on my desktop, just restart your computer, if that doesn't work, download it and launch it through the official website. Not steam or the launcher.
Already tried. No luck still
Always try restarting your computer first
