If I were to steal 4 ultimates couldn't I skip the cooldown of each one by switching to a different one?

If I were to steal 4 ultimates couldn't I skip the cooldown of each one by switching to a different one?

1.) You can only steal 2.
2.) They still have their Cooldown.
