Neb is a Magic attack (b) Nebulite, which adds 4 matk.
Magic defense is the extra potential line.
Well they are nice stuff...which scrolls you used on your Rod? Also, why you used a Magic Def nebulite on it? Now if you sell it, the person will have to waste nx to take that out of the Rod -.- It's a crappy neb...
