Gazed crashrollback deleted my items
So i was transfering stuff from my aran to kaiser using the storage and then demethos crashed, when i came back my earrings and cape with % str were gone T.T.
Please help me, what should i do?
Have anyone else gone through this?
i also lost my lvl 10 Evolving ring T.T

Log into your account on nexon.net. Go to support. Then search for the submit ticket button. Fill out the fields and wait for a response!
I was crafting % when it crashed. o.o
Luckily I was just starting the fusing, so i didn't lose a lot anyway.
lost my +1 attack speed inner ability on kaiser.... =_=

They're gone man. There's nothing you can do.
The very same thing happened to me during a hot time event in january 2012, I transfered my tradeable %int stuff from my Evan to train my F/p during the 2x, through the storage npc, then like 15 mins later... BAM! Scania crashed and I lost:
12% INT Specs
15% INT Earrings
9% INTCape
10% INT Shoes
I was so pissed off and everytime my tickets got ignored, until like 4 months ago (after submitting the ticket over and over again) that they compensated me with 5k maple points F7
Since that happened I never trust the storage NPC, instead I transfer my stuff with the help of very close friends of mine
