If you are going Mage- dont expect to get CRA set due to obvious reasons (Mage Pants glitched, around 1.2b?),
I say, Reinforce Gollux Set, 6-piece Empress (Unless you can save up for CRA), and rings you can get from Gollux/pot them yourself, Shoulder pad with 9-12% int.
Dunno how much that would cost. And probably an android/heart to boot
6 Piece Emp (Cape, not shoulder) - Around 150m-ish?
Reinforce - 180-210m for the Pendant/Belt
Shoulder Pad - depends on %stat it has
Secondary equip?
Beryl Heart w/ +4 via Red Scrolls at least - Around 700mish-2b. Dont know exact pricing on this
The rings you can get yourself. SW Accessories. (You can buy for 300m each, but I prefer the cheap way by farming denaros)
With that you can get empress set I guess? and maybe find a scrolled wand/staff?
