Does bishops still get the -25%? I mean I guess they are holy? But bams dont so I dont see why bishops would...

Battle Mage is OK, because we Battle Mages don't use Elemental attack. But Bishop's attacks are Holy Attribute so -25% penalty will apply.
Also there isn't a E-Staff that is Holy Attribute, it's either Fire, Poison, Ice, Lightning and no holy so not the best weapon for Bishop I believe.
@ppaauull789: yeah i just noticed, kinda surprised by this since bishops were once a power house job
