STR Scarlion for 700m?
Hey Basil,
Does anyone have any idea if 700m would be a good price (for a buyer) for a 30 str, 25 dex 2 slot 2 lined Scarlion Helmet? (potential's 3% DEX +4 all stats, but I'd plan on cubing it anyways)

Had it been 3 lined, I'd had bought it immediately, but it still doesn't seem like a bad deal..
