well it can be potted at least so yes its better as long as you can get a decent pot on it that is
oh sorry i didnt read it all about 3% luk should be enough to be better then a blood mask depending on your lvl anyways at the really low lvls blood mask
but about 70+ then 3% luk on it should be equal or better
