@Kazno: League is the guild the scammer was in. In general, I trust people who trade in League, especially someone like him, who has been in League for a long time. Also, the OP did state that they traded yesterday too. I wouldn't call it "careless." It's impossible for us to become "unscammable." It will happen to us all from time to time.
It's not like he went first on a [i]completely random[/i] person. The scammer was from a reasonably trust-able.
@DasFace: SatomiBlade aka @silverphoenix is from League. Pretty sure the scammer will be kicked.

Still, it really sucks to lose that much money.

The amount of scammed threads on Basil have been increasing lately.

Not careless, I like to trust people, IRL and in games, innocent until proven guilty.

It's still your fault for going first, you don't know this guy and it doesn't matter what guild he's in.

Selling/buying Nx between players are against the Maplestory ToS and Basilmarket rules (Rule #4). People are getting temporary bans in-game for doing so. Those in-game yellow security text notices says not to trust people. With the amount of scam threads real or not, just don't do it.
