I couldn't tell if there are weak grinding monsters there at this point.

Singapore expansion. Go to the Truckers map and you'll find a portal. It's a more run-down, abandoned CBD-like area. It features a giant tree on top of a large building as its boss.

yup.
One of the monsters, a tree in a car, really annoys me.
It spam stuns you every second.
Seems like you need to 1 hit ko it just to avoid it.
