@ScuXxMuji The way I see it, his job at that moment in time was to interact with players as an attempt to connect more with us, their customers. He was being bombared with dozens of people talking at once, yet he still told you and the other guy he would take care of it later. I'm pretty sure his task handed down to him by his superiors was limited to handling what was right in front of him while he did the event. And guess what was right in front of him? You harassing and swearing at him.

Just be happy that he was likely unaware that you had only been recently unbanned. And wow if that really is your mule, you should be walking on thin ice, both accounts having been banned before.

Well let me answer that with another question, what will banning players that use offensive language do?
There's too many to ban and i bet at one point you used it in the game too.
But just my opinion but i respect both of yours as well.

1. GMs don't decide when GM events take place.
2. They can't ban people whenever they want because they have a process to follow.
3. They're [i]employees[/i], not gods. They answer to Nexon just like anyone would to their boss.

In short, GMs are like the cashiers at chain retailers. Yelling at them is pointless and only irritates the people in line (like me).

I'd ban you too, to be honest. Here's why:
1. Someone with "k*nt" in their name is simply exploiting the fact that Maple has terrible filters. To ban said person is like saying, "Hey, we're gonna punish you for the fact that we didn't cover all our bases." If anything, the name should be changed.
2. Calling someone a "k*nt" directly is not only much more personal, but incredibly disrespectful. It's like throwing a fit when someone isn't paying you enough attention, and the fact that you came here just to whine about the consequences is proof you need to grow up.

I thought selling NX was against the rules and was banable. While the GM's were doing a lot of smegas today, we had so many other people smegaing saying "B> NX 1:50" and stuff. wtf? Isn't that against the rules? or maybe i didnt get the memo and buying nx is perfectly legal. someone please enlighten me because those SUPER OBVIOUS NX buyers didn't get in trouble. And it wasn't one smega either. a certain buyer smega'd over 4 times within 2 minutes. It was too obvious not to see.

Wow, seriously? With his GM powers, it takes one line of text to ban someone. Pretty sure IP banning is along the same lines. He could have at least ran in and out of the market and taken 30 seconds to ban all of those bots.
