Workout meal plans?

For people who are body builders/ sculptors/ working out in general and have good nutrition, what does your meal plan tend to look like?

I'm trying to go for a high protein/ low carb diet, but does that seem to be more effective than these statistics I found online: 40% carbs, 40% protein, and 20% fats?

So when I say high protein and low carb, I mean like lots of lean protein like meat, beans, and eggs while low carb is referring to mostly veggies and whole grain bread. No rice, pasta, potatoes, etc...

all depends what you're trying to do. If your trying to cut weight you want lessr carbs if you wana bulk up you want more carbs
