I don't understand how this is a bad thing
Stuff like naurto will not be placed under the 18+
The things that will be placed will be ecchi, hen(tai), idk the names of the other types of mangas will be effected but it really won't do much to the mainstream mangas.

OT: Miss leading title is miss leading

that is a good idea
manga and anime polluted my mind. Even the read G ones. They are ridiculous and make you think of real life different if submerged too deeply into

Just saying, the bill is in effect on April 1st 2011.
And apparently, the person behind this bill really hates anime & manga, so... Who knows what's gona happen next?

Misleading title is misleading. I wonder why?
Just trying to get more people here and discuss, that is all.

But yeah, bans are useless. People are still going to have access to them.
My little cousin plays all those violent games and he's only 13. Learned how to torrent.

So? They don't allow people in the US under the age of 17 to buy rated m games, pronographic mags, and other things like that. This isn't an outright ban of anime, it is a ban of inappropriate content for young children.
