I don't like Far East Movement
First off they named their song "Like a G6" when the only mention of a G6 is in the female vocal part. Catchy, yes, but it didn't even come from their minds. In fact, the same singer has another song where she says [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FDfUjM-vygI]the exact same thing @1:45[/url]. This doesn't really bother me, either, since it isn't the first person ever to sample. But the fact that they say in an interview that they thought of the line about how being fly-er than a G4 would be a G6 makes it seem like it was originally their lyrics. That bothers me.
Then they have the Rocketeer song, which samples music from Justin Bieber's Somebody To Love. You can hear it [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yk1oIrQnBzw]at 1m into the song[/url]. I don't know why, but it irks me. Eventually they'll just be Asian FloRida's.

When i learned that a G6 was a plane that song made no sense to me.
I don't like it or many hip-hop rap or stuff-like-that songs.

The only reason why I like G6 is because of the girl part....yet there's no girls in the group? o.o
You do know that most of the beats are taken from OLDER SONGS? Like I remember there was this crappy song by Rihanna called S.O.S.? And there was an older song that sounded JUST THE SAME AND SHE TOOK THEIR BEATS iaohndgoajg Every artist takes other beats from other songs...

@Sadaxer Shed a Tear sounds and is lyrically [b]way[/b] better than RockeTear.
I don't like their music, but i like the fact that they are friends with WongFu Productions so yeah..

Like a G6 sounds umm weird but it's ok, but Rocketeer I prefer this version than the singing.

Far East Movement has close to nothing special, no talent. Just from my first time listening to 'Rocketeer'
I thought 'these guys can NOTT rap.' The 3rd rap verse used 2 of its 8 lines saying 'oh'. Overall, I think Far East Movement
is one of those bands which are '1 hit wonders.'

Yeah, I like Dev's song a hell of a lot better. After finding out that they used a sample of her, I realized that the only reason I listen to their song is for her part.

Yeah, the took catchy lyrics from someone else and added a different beat. Without her, I doubt the song would have made top 10.
