Knights of Cygnus

Ahhh, smell that? That is the great aroma of Cygnus, just waiting to be played!
Things you should know!
Their level cap is at 120 instead of 200.
They recieve 6 AP upon leveling instead of 5, but that ends at level 70, where you will then recieve 5 AP like normal.
Job Advancement is at Ereb, Erev, Ereve, whatever you want to call the place. You can go their via the Erev Dock in Ellinia located near Grendels Study and Ossyria (normal faring).
You need a character level 20/30 or higher to create a Knight of Cygnus, at least that is what everyone is saying. You don't need one in KMS.

Okay um when you level up your cygnus, every 10 levels = 1 level in Blessing of the sprite, not 1 extra weapon att. Vise Versa for your main.
Secondly, i do not know how to global system to create a cygnus will go, but you cannot create a beginner now and change it into a cygnus later, you will have to wait. And lastly, your main is just a "parent", if you will, that is the basic "requirement" to create a knight. And of course both the parent and junior help level up each others blessing of the sprite.

Blessing of the Sprite

Edit: You can stack BoS with apples, echoes, all that good stuff because it is passive!
You recieve BoS from your main character or your "parent character". For every 10 levels your main has, you get 1 more level added on to your BoS. So if you have a level 92, It will round down to 90 and give you a level 9 BoS out of 20. Blessing of the Sprite will always round down (if you were 86, youd get level 8 BoS, if you are 114, you will get level 11 BoS) If your parent character is a Knight, then the max BoS you can get is level 12. BoS Stats are as followed: (CREDITS TO ISAACGS OF SOUTHP.) I do not take credit for this information, I am just showing you.

Note: Blessing of the Sprite is PASSIVE, you do not have to cast it

AP AlIocation

Alright so simply put, strength is a Warriors best friend, but don't forget, you won't be able to dish out the damage without being able to hit, so dex is the main worry when allocating AP.
Since this is Knights of Cygnus, you get 6 AP until level 70, where you then get 5 per level.

"Dexless Warriors"-Leave your dex at 4.
This is for the well funded
I will provide links for great guides on these things at the end
Just pour your stats into strength, lawl.
Not recommended unless you have the right stuff, and know what you are doing.

"Low Dex/Regular Warriors"-I'd say cap your dex at 50 or 60.
For the Semi-Funded
What you want to do is have your dex twice your level till level 30...
♠You do not have to cap at 60, that is the hypothetical maximum amount for a low dex!
Not recommended unless you have the right stuff, and know what you are doing.
People are saying 60 dex is the regular amount now. If you have enough money, go right ahead, no one is stopping you. But if you don't, theres always the 80 dex option.

"Low Funded Dex Warriors/Higher Dex (Appearantly 'Old School')"-Alrighty, this is your Averag Joe AP All0cation & you want to cap dex at 80. (Max)
Again, you do NOT have to have 80, this all depends on your equiptment and such!
-[i]You're gonna want to have dex twice you're level till 30, leaving you with 60 dex, then from 30-50 just put in 1 dex 5 str and you will have 80 dex by level 50! This way is to have better looking damage early on, but you can go with a 2 dex 4 str all0cation if you wish
Note: Knights of Cygnus get that extra AP per level, so if you're unfunded and comparing yourself to another unfunded 80 dex, you have that advantage.
Each point adds up little by little

First Rank Builds/Skills (Job)

After seeing some pretty rediculous crap, i have consulted pro's and have devised a strategy for you =').
(M)= MAX OUT
Note: You still receive 3 SP upon leveling

The RIGHT way to go!

Level 10: Improving Max HP Increase (1)
Level 11-13: Improving Max HP Increase (M)
Level 14-20: Power Strike (M) OR Slash Blast (M); Remainder point into opposite skill.
Level 21-27: Power Strike (M) OR Slash Blast (M); Soul Sprite (2)
Level 28-30: Soul Sprite (9)
You start off with 1 Max HP Increase. Follow up with maxing HP Increase, and of course having Power Strike and Slash Blast will start you off with good training, better than the sprite. Maxing them out to do better damage, then just put the rest into soul sprite. Iron body is useful, but sprite helps you more in the long run.

Note: Sprite is not worth maxing it at all: Do not max it! Just.... don't do that. D:

End Result: Max HP Increase (M) Slash Blast and Power Strike BOTH (M) Soul Sprite (11)

Second Rank Builds/Skills (Job)

Grats on 30. Easy stuff, no?
What you allocate now depends on your AP all0cation. If you are Dexless, or Regular Dex, i suggest you go with route A.
========
Route A
========
Level 30: Soul Blade (1)
Level 31-37: Mastery (19); Booster (2)
Level 38-40: Booster (5); Soul Blade (4)

Level 47-49: Soul Runner (M)
Level 50-52: Soul Blade (M)
Level 53-58: Rage (18)
Level 59-63: Rage (1); Booster (13); Final Attack (1)
Level 64-70: Final Attack (21)
Note: For level 64-70 you can put points into iron body and soul sprite if you really want to, though i dont see the point.
End Result!
Max Mastery
Max Soul Runner
Max Soul Blade
19 Rage
Max Booster
22 Final Attack

This way is the most average way that i have seen and i have formulated. 1 Soul Blade to help you mob. Of course max mastery next for the extra damage and accuracy, 6 booster will last for 1 minute which is fine. Next you want to get 21 soul blade and fight in CPQ 3/4 so its not too hard to level or move around. Soul runner after 21 soul blade to make a GREAT combination. Max soul blade to maximize your output for dealing damage. It doesn't get good until level 21 though (where it then hits 5 monsters). Next get rage for the extra attack, max booster for the speed, and the rest of the SP is for Final Attack! ( More Soul Sprite isn't NEARLY as useful in the long run)
Note: Soul Blade gets weaker at lvl 10, and lvl 21, BUT it gets stronger again. (from 180% it drops to 155% at lvl 11 then reaches 200% at lvl 20 then drops down to 175% and finally maxes out at a grand total of 220% at lvl 30)

Rebuilt Plan B
Level 30: Soul Blade (1)
Level 31-37: Mastery (19); Booster (2)
Level 38-39: Booster (5); Soul Runner (1)
Level 40-42: Soul Runner (M)
Level 43-52: Soul Blade (M); Rage (1)
Level 53-59: Rage (19); Booster (2)
Level 60: Booster (2); Mastery (1)
Level 61-70: Final Attack (30)
Note: For level 64-70 you can put points into iron body and soul sprite if you really want to, though i dont see the point.
End Result!
Max Mastery
Max Soul Runner
Max Soul Blade
Max Rage
11 Booster
Max Final Attack

Okay so we have the same buid as Route A but we max out Final Attack instead of booster. The reason why it is in this order is because final attack isnt really used for anything but brandish and your first job skills. I thought to put it earlier before you maxed out soul blade but then i thought they are the same max level so putting it first wouldn't really help much at all
New: Final Attack does not greatly improve DPS. It can be turned on/off for Dawn Warriors. Brandish activates Final Attack.

Third Rank Builds (Job)

This all depends on you... its just like 4th job.. but instead, its 3rd job.

Level 104-109: Save SP (18)
Level 110: Advanced Combo (M)
The rest of the SP is yours to put into Coma, Panic, or w/e
Okay after talking with my mentor and his friend, Matt and Richie, i have seriously edited this build. 21 Driver first to hit 7 monsters, you will still be doing enough damage to goby efficiently. Next get combo attack because you will be fighting mostly neutral monsters. You are only getting up to 5 orbs, because that equals up to 120% damage at level 15. Then max soul charge for more damage % then max combo attack. Lvl 20 Combo Attack is 133% plus Soul Charge's 120%, and if you run into holy weak monsters like himes, you will have 25% extra elemental damage plus the 159.6% from those two combined. Max out soul driver to optimize damage. Now you are to save your SP and pour it into brandish, which you can't get till level 100. Then save your SP till 110, because you can get Advanced Combo Attack then. This almost doubles your damage. The rest of the SP can be used for whatever.

End Result!

Max Soul Charge

Training

Accuracy!
Accuracy is the thing that helps you hit monsters better. For warriors, every point of dex is about .8 Accuracy.
A more helpful guide for accuracy and being a low dex/no dex warrior is below the training section... but keep in mind we Dawn Warriors have the upper hand because we get extra AP and Blessing of the Sprite (So do normal warriors if that is your parent character)

Since we are making a Knight of Cygnus in this guide, its safe to say 1-20 is going to be a breeze, considering they give you the EASIEST quests that level you up really fast from 1-13.
======
Training!
======

13-20 you just Henesys PQ or train at pigs, orange mushrooms, and Cygnus quest.
Go to Sand Moles Mini Dungeon. Its near magatia. Two maps left of magatia, very middle top portal.
From 20+, if you cannot get into a PQ or don't feel like it... Ariant is going to be your friend.
♠The Cygnus Quests get you to level 29 ish.
Heres a link to help you out!

25-30 Sand Moles Dungeon, Scorpions, OR KPQ
Just trust me on these.
Great spawn rate:exp ratio, and.... yeah.... great spawn rate for the two.. KPQ if you feel like pqing.

30-45 CPQ.
If you are a soul warrior, and you're pretty good at what you do, you will DOMINATE CPQ.
CPQ is GREAT for us Dawn Warriors because its flat... there are monsters galore... and Dawn Warriors now have mobility! That means more killing.. more exp.. more domination.

45-51 C-1 (Roids) OR CPQ till 50.
You can go to MP3 if you want too.
Roid~ Level: 54/ HP: 4400/ EXP: 168
Yet another flat area to train at. Around now you should be halfway through Soul blade, so CPQ till its at level 21, then go to C-1 in Magatia. Flat area, mobility and dishing out damage, and you'll be set!

55-70 LMPQ OR from 60-85 you can go to h/voodoos. Truckers in Singapore are also great.
V/Hoodoo~ Level: 60/ HP: 6800/ EXP: 335
Trucker~ Level: 48/ HP: 3000/ EXP: 160
Hoodoos and Voodoos are amazing exp, and they are flat areas for you to dominate in.
Here we have LMPQ for steady money making via NPCing pots, great exp if you have 2x drop.
Truckers! the things to kill at 55-60... Just gotta go across the map killing things...
Note: The next area in Singapore is Ulu City(go there via truckers map.. the rusty car thing with the sign) and it will be the new skelegons/newties to leech from. You heard it first from me (if you haven't heard it yet)!

70-73 MP3 Or Windraiders
Windraider~ Level: 70/ HP: 16000/ EXP: 800
Selkie Jr.~ Level: 60/ HP: 5500/ EXP: 220
(Windraiders) NLC is AMAZING experience, just like Windraiders! The way to windraiders is hard for people who have never been there, but you get used to it.
(Selkie Jr.'s and Slimey) Take the top 3 platforms and party up with lvl 8x priest with good hs and the exp will be great! :]

75-85 MPQ (Magatia) Or Windraiders.
Windraider~ Level: 70/ HP: 16000/ EXP: 800
Since my absence in game, they have come out with MPQ, im guessing its good exp considering its a PQ, and you get Horus' Eye as a reward.
Note: Only MPQ for Horus' Eye then leave!
Go to windraiders some more.

80-90 Wolf Spiders, Gobies.
Wolf Spider~ Level: 80/ HP: 28000/ EXP: 1200
Goby~ Level: 85/ HP: 17000/ EXP: 1400
By now you should have nearly maxed out Soul Driver for decent Area of Effect damage and you are working on Soul Charge/combo attack for more damage output. These two areas have pretty nice mobs, and you will enjoy seeing all your beautiful numbers bunched up on mobs.

90-100 Red Wyvern's Nest (Optional). Typhons Nest. Elderwraiths.
Note: If you cannot hit any of these, go to A) Black Kents, B) Grims, C) WolfSpiders.
Elderwraith~ Level: 95/ HP: 51000/ EXP: 2480/ Weak: Holy
Red Wyvern~ Level: 97 /HP: 53000/ EXP: 2500 (Optional)
Typhon~ Level: 100/ HP: 56000/ EXP: 3200
(Typhons) Last time i played which was a long while back, they were great, unless they got nerfed some how. Just mob them up, stand in a certain area, and spam Soul Driver, you will level up about once per hour, maybe more.
(Elderwraiths) Just stand near the exit and spam soul driver with soul charge on. You'll be rakin up the exp points. Reason why you should stand near the door: BF might spawn and thats your cue to exit and cc.
(Red Wyverns) All you have to do is go up and down killing these bad boys.
Accuracy Req: 200 for typhons, 167 for elderwraiths, and 173 for red wyverns (at level 90)

100-120 HIMES HEAVEN
Himes~ Level: 100/ HP: 68000/ EXP: 3200/ Weak: Holy
The himing equation i just made up. Your epic skills + flat map + Soul charge= holy + holy weak himes + your awesome AoE skill (Area of Effect) = Pro Exp Heaven. Basically you can go with a priest or solo, doesn't matter. Either way you'll be killing himes everywhere!
Note: You need 125 accuracy to 100% hit them at level 100.

Note: This guide;Low Dex/Dexless Guide will tell you a LOT about being low/no dex.
I take no credit for that guide or what is posted inside.

Slowly Growing Q&A

Q:What about Final Attack?
Answer: Final attack for Dawn Warriors differes from that of a normal warrior. They have the option to turn it on/off. Brandish activates final attack. Final attack doesn't improve DPS much on brandish (except slightly at the lower levels of brandish). For the second job build i left the end for you to allocate your points into whatever you want.
Q: Why did you type 60 dex as low dex? 60 dex is no longer low dex, that is regular dex.
Answer: Well i typed this up not knowing my audience's financial situation, and im a little old school, you can do just fine with 80 dex as regular. Not to mention, i said 60 dex is MAXIMUM for low dex, so you can go as low as you want! And if you do go 80 dex, you wont be ask weak as 80 dex WARRIORS (not Dawn Warriors) because we have that extra AP every level. You may not think it is much, but it adds up.

When u use brandish, it doesnt automatically turn on FA. So, Brandish is better with FA for bossing, but just turn it of for training/
