So anyone in Mardia with two brain cells to rub together has noticed the super megas and heard from the grapevine: there is a new type of account hack [packet editing is suspected] in which a hacker can get your account info by being in the same map.The hackers are currently in the FM and have been D/C hacking people out of FM spots. Whether this is lies or not I do not know. It is also said that DoctorJesus, one of our lv 200s for all of you non-Mardians, has been hacked by these kids already. I present to you an interesting theory.
What if these aren't FM hackers, but instead people paid by Nexon. With the threat of being robbed just by entering a map, people will panic and rush to the cash shop to buy item-locks [coincidentally just added, I might add]. With this, nexon will have a boost in cash shop sales that was not expected(or was it), because Item locks are kind of useless(no offense to anyone who uses them). While I don't think this is what happened at all, it was an interesting idea that one of my friends brought u and I expanded.
ok well my friend submitted a ticket to nexon about the hacks and it was instantly closed.... wierd huh? the theory that nexon has something to do with this is very good. btw hacks are going on in bera also

she could be right u could be right but nexon could be going out O.o they could be hiding it and hacking maplerz to make alot of money
But anyways some people in Scania is freaking out about Fm hacking. One of my friends got a message , actually it was a Gm message saying his account is banned. Sux coz Scanians HQ is in Fm >.<
aznstyles: I believe nexon are the ones hacking espically after forcing private serevers to close down just because they lost 1% profit from last month. With the new item lock and all the hacking nexon is going to get ALOT more nx sales. Nexon is a bunch of losers that think they can do whatever they want to maplestory but the sad thing about is that they can. they dont care about the players they care about the money. I for one wonder why wizet sold maplestory to a bunch of losers like nexon
You do realise that the employee's that worked for Wizet are exactly the same (possibly a few got the sack) as the employee's working for 'Nexon'. The only thing that changed was pretty much their company name.
