personally i hate beer (wont drink it) and dislike wine (will drink it with the right mood), I'm a whiskey girl. want to destress? take a shot or 5 of the strongest stuff you can get your hands on.
fetalbabe: @both of you. i'm broke and i'm at my girlfriend's house and all she has is wine. if i had enough money i totally would get me that budweiser forty. Ah. Do without or stomach the wine, I guess. To my knowledge, everybody drinks wine with no tampering or not at all. If you don't like it, don't drink it.
If you didn't like apple juice, would you make a thread asking 'How can I make apple juice tastes better'? If it has to be wine then some bread and cheese is a good bet. If its a sharp cheese go with a white wine, if its a more mellow cheese go with a red.

I'd actually not recommend drinking while in a less than stellar mood. It tends to make you feel worse... Good times get better, bad times get worse...
